I'm Adam Wright, and I'm running for re-election as your Wake Forest Town Commissioner. Since 2011, Wake Forest has been my home, and I've been privileged to represent your voice in standing up against developers who prioritize profit over our community. Together, we can continue to promote smart growth, affordable housing, and enhanced connectivity for our town.

Smart growth is key. We need to balance progress with preserving the essence of Wake Forest. As your Commissioner, I'll fight for thoughtful development that aligns with our long-term vision and protects our neighborhoods.

Affordable housing is a priority. I'm committed to creating opportunities for all residents to find a home in our community. By forging partnerships and leveraging resources, we can ensure that Wake Forest remains inclusive and accessible.

I stand up for our community. I voted against the Wake Forest Golf Course rezoning and the proposed development across from Joyner Park. I'm actively working to conserve the land around Joyner Park, preserving our town's natural beauty for generations to come.

Connectivity matters! I've secured funding from the American Rescue Plan (ARP) to upgrade our traffic lights to an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS). This investment will improve traffic flow, enhance safety, and reduce congestion for our residents.
